How to Register and Application Form

Welcome to the world of Pokemon. Before we begin your journey, you must answer this questionnaire which is mandatory. Here it is:

[b]Character Name:[/b] (Self-explanatory. Mary Sue-ish names are not allowed.)
[b]Age:[/b] (How old is your character?)
[b]Gender:[/b] (State which gender is your character.)
[b]Birthdate:[/b] (State your character's birthday, but not the year of birth. The year is left ambiguous.)
[b]Birthplace:[/b] (Where is he/she born? Put any of the six regions and a city are recommended.)
[b]Sexuality:[/b] (What kind of sexual orientation does your character have?)
[b]Face Claim:[/b] (Anime and video game characters are allowed. If you choose a video game character, only anime-style characters are permitted.)

[b]Class:[/b] (Trainer, Breeder, or Coordinator.)

[b]Appearance:[/b] (A single picture or 100x100 icons can be put here. We ask you that it will not be too large. Alternatively, you can write out a full description.)

[b]Personality:[/b] (What is he/she like? One paragraph is fine, but you can expand on that if you wish.)

[b]History:[/b] (Tell us about the history of your character. A minimum of two paragraphs is required.)

[b]Alternative Starter Pokemon:[/b] (If you wish to start out with any base form Pokemon other than the region's starters, you may do so. It is also an optional field should you take this path.)

[b]Strengths:[/b] (List four strengths.)
[b]Weaknesses:[/b] (List four weaknesses.)
